Once everything has met drying goals SERVPRO can repair the damage

This water damage happened in a common area of a condo building in Carpinteria. A water pipe leaked in the middle of the night causing water damage to the stairwell. SERVPRO showed up within a few hours and extracted the standing water, carefully removed the baseboard, cleanly cut out the drywall and removed the wet insulation.

SERVPRO was able to save the carpet and baseboard for reuse.
