Water damaged storage room

SERVPRO was called out to this business in Santa Barbara for a water spill from the floor above flooding the storage room. Fortunately the storage room was mostly empty and did not have a lot of valuable contents. 

If the storage room did contain valuable paperwork SERVPRO can often save water damaged files by immediately freezing them to stop damage such as running ink and mold growth. Once frozen the files are taken to a SERVPRO freeze-drying  chamber where they are dried using a cold high vacuum process to save valuable documents.
