This bedroom had major mold issues

SERVPRO was recently hired to remediate some major mold growth issues in this Goleta bedroom. The roofing contractor fixed the roof Leakes that caused the mold growth and water damage.

SERVPRO of Santa Barbara set up containment and engineered air movement with negative air machines first. SERVPRO then came up with a clean demolition plan along with worker safety. SERVPRO technicians are fit tested for their full face masks and are yearly trained in the properly use all of their PPE (personal protective equipment) so they are not exposed to any microbial contamination during their day to day work.

As you can see from the before and after photos SERVPRO was able to make a big difference.

In this case the customer used their own contractor to finish the repairs once remediation was complete.
