In this case a tenant rarely opened windows or used the HVAC so humidity would build up and when things cooled off the walls would condensate allowing surface mold to grow. In some cases the surface mold can be cleaned off however, the mold inspection company this property manager uses identified mold grown inside the wall as well. So, the walls needed to be removed to be clean up properly. 

SERVPRO was hired to follow the written protocol by the mold inspection company. Using containment, negative air, controlled clean demolition and worker PPE.

Once the mold remediation was completed it was retested for post remediation clearance.

The property manager used their in house construction crew to rebuild.
