Fire & Water - Cleanup & Restoration

Lompoc Theater Project

SERVPRO was contracted to start cleanup work at the Lompoc Theater Project. The Theater opened in 1927. The Theater had years of neglect it was no longer bieing used or cared for since the 1970s. Birds were flying inside doing damage. Years of roof leaks allowing water to damage the contents furniture and plaster walls and ceilings. SERVPRO sanitized, and set up engineered negative air machines so that effected building nonstructural building materials could be removed. So, for phase one the chairs, walls and ceiling was removed. SERVPRO was excited to be apart of this historic rehabilitation. Hopefully the theater will be fully restored in the near future so once again we can all enjoy community events and movies in this historic building.
