Water leak from above in this Goleta commercial building

This Goleta comercial building had a overhead clean water line burst flooding the hallway. The on staff building maintenance and engineering stopped the water flow and repaired the pipe. SERVPRO arrived and extracted the water, set drying equipment and did minimal demolition in order to save money and time but yet was able rapidly dry the area in few days.

One method use din this loss was to remove the vinyl base and drill one inch holes about two inches apart. In some case the vinyl base can be regaled on if not vinyl base is not expensive. Air movers are set up to push dry air through the holes to dry inside of the wall. This method of drying is simple and makes for quick and easy repairs.
