They kept me informed at every stage of the projects they did for me, came when they said they were coming, checked on sub-contractors all the time, in short—they managed every project with skill and professionalism. My subzero fridge supply line broke, say bye to the kitchen! A different SERVPRO came out first and they said it would take two weeks. I said heck no! I talked to my insurance and they said I can call SERVPRO of Santa Barbara because I'm within their service area. The office staff was extremely polite and had their team at my house in a few hours. Within the first two days they had the whole kitchen and neighboring bathroom demo-ed and it was dry in four days. It was excellent! I recommend SERVPRO of Santa Barbara to EVERYONE

SERVPRO arrived when we had a fire in our house. They set up generator, HEPA filters and took pictures right away.  They did the clean up and the construction that follow since the house was almost 100 years old and the city required it be brought up to code.  Every person they had work on the house from the foundation to the roof did a fantastic job.  We just recommended them to friends who will have to clean up and rebuild after the Thomas Fire.  SERVPRO was friendly, personable but professional and understanding.  Danielle

Marco and team were responsive, flexible and professional from quote to delivery.  After a 4th of July house fire, the SERVPRO team was at our home and ready to get cleaning as soon as we called them.  Literally, within an hour or so from us calling, Marco and his manager were there, ready to do whataver we needed done.  

After a bunch of quotes and annoying processes with other companies, we called SERVPRO back and had them come do the work.  They matched the best quotes from their competition and did a great job.
